60-day bid period ends on Acxiom acquisition.


Acxiom Corp. said the 60-day period for it to solicit and entertain new acquisition offers has passed with no superior bids in play.

Acxiom made the announcement in a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

In it, Charles Morgan Charles Morgan is the name of:
