Lord, director of Leasing at Atco Property Services Corporation, has announced six recently closed lease deals at 381 Park Avenue South: (*) New York Institute of Business Technology with an existing school facility at 401 Park Avenue South, opens admissions office in an expansion move for 3,050 square feet on a portion of the eighth floor for a seven year term * Jackson & Tull Inc. Chartered Engineers, one of the country's largest minority owned engineering firms headquartered in Washington, D.C., opens New York Office 2,000 square feet on a portion of the 4th floor for a seven-year term * National Printing Corp., a graphics/design firm, relocates from 421 Seventh Avenue to a portion of the seventh floor for 3,150 square feet and signs a 10-year lease * National Center for Learning Disabilities, a major nonprofit organization dealing with education and awareness for the learning disabled, relocates from 99 Park Avenue to a portion of the 14th floor - 2,500 square feet for a seven-year term
