Since January 1, 2005, management has trimmed headcount, terminated most consulting arrangements which were not revenue-related, cut the number of legal firms being used and reduced all other general and administrative expenses through the implementation of rigorous cost controls. The company believes these trends will continue.

Research and development expenses were $127,295, or 7% of net revenue. The company continues to focus its investment resources toward the ongoing development of new wireless equipment, as well as the implementation of new features and enhancements to its existing products.
