5G Wireless Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:FGWC), announced today that it has added a Vice President of Operations to its executive staff. Paul Zygielbaum, formerly of Agilent Technologies and a Principal of TechZecs LLC, will be responsible for the refinement and development of 5G's internal business processes, and for helping establish and maintain relationships with 5G's family of wireless customers, partners and vendors.

He has lived in Europe, managed global teams and created effective cross-cultural business teams.

Paul Zygielbaum has over 30 years experience in the management of high-tech engineering and manufacturing operations, consulting, sales, and international strategic business development. His career has spanned the aerospace, electric utility and electronic manufacturing industries. In the electronics and aerospace/defense industries, he is particularly known for having led numerous enterprise-level operational process consultations on behalf of Hewlett-Packard and its spin-off, Agilent Technologies where he directed the Worldwide Strategic Business Development Organization.

Prior to joining Hewlett-Packard, Paul was an R&D project manager with the Electric Power Research Institute and, earlier, an R&D and product development engineer with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of the California Institute of Technology and with Garrett AiResearch Manufacturing Company.

Over his career, Paul has conceived and developed several industry and industry-government collaborations in the aerospace and energy sectors. He has been an advisor on energy technologies to US Congressional delegations, Federal departments, and industry leaders and has represented the US utility industry in international technology exchange programs.

Paul has published approximately 20 technical papers and articles on energy technologies and applications, including an IEEE award-winning paper.

Paul holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Science, Jet Propulsion Specialty, from the California Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.

Paul is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, in which he has held numerous committee positions. He has been a member of the board of directors of the Symposia for the Engineering Aspects of Magnetohydrodynamics, and a technical committee member in the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Paul has organized and chaired numerous seminars, conferences and technical sessions, both national and international.
