Flagship International, a real estate investment consulting and property management firm, plans to dramatically expand its presence at 250 West 57th West 57th can refer to:

Flagship's occupancy is growing from about 900 square feet to 7,402 square feet on the building's 10th floor. The new lease term is 10 years.
