Amie Gross Architects broke ground last month at a supportive affordable housing development in South Park Slope that will be one of the first green publicly-funded buildings in Brooklyn.

Street level retail units have been included in the project along the Fifth Avenue side to continue the row of neighboring storefronts, while the residential portion of the project is kept to the four floors above which steps down to three stories of apartments along the 16th Street frontage.
