New Delhi New Delhi (dĕl`ē), city (1991 pop. 294,149), capital of India and of Delhi state, N central India, on the right bank of the Yamuna River. , July 3 (ANI): Fifty-seven new trains service are proposed in the Railway Budget for 2009-10. This was announced by Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee Mamata Banerjee (Bengali: মমতা ব্যানার্জী)(born January 5, 1955) is an Indian politician from the State of West Bengal.  in Parliament today.
