, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, serves as exclusive leasing agent to property ownership, Garden City, New York-based Crown Properties. David Lachtman, Esq., of Platte, Klarsfeld & Levine LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  represented Crown Properties in the lease negotiation.

Ann Taylor, one of the country's leading women's specialty retailers, has leased approximately 42,000 sf of office space in a 15-year term on the entire second floor and a portion of the first floor for its data center and back office operations.

Centex Home Equity Corp. has leased 15,120 sf on the first floor of 476 Wheelers Farm Road for six-year term. Centex will move from 185 Plains Road in Milford, due to expansion of its business. USI Commercial Real Estate represented Centex in the transaction negotiations.

Foley added, "Ann Taylor has accomplished its strategic objective of consolidating two of its operations into one location with room for future growth. In addition, Centex, which is experiencing rapid growth, was able to efficiently and economically satisfy its need for additional space. Both companies selected Crown Corporate Campus for its institutional grade construction, location and amenities, as well as the very competitive rates."

Crown Corporate Campus is located along Wheelers Farm Road in the city of Milford, CT. Crown Corporate Campus is a five building, 425,000 + square foot, Class A office park situated on 47 acres. 476 Wheeler's Farm Road is a three-story, polished granite and brick building that is comprised of 94,000 sf of Class A office space.

Another tenant at 476 Wheelers Farm Road, Matrix One, occupies 28,000 on the entire third floor. Contract engineering firm Belcan, also a tenant, will relocate from 476 Wheelers Farm Road to 488 Wheelers Farm Road as part of an effort to accommodate tenant space needs.
