53 townhomes featured at May 2 auction.

Fifty-three luxury townhomes at Harbour Landing will be sold by auction on May 2, according to the new owner of the award-winning waterfront residential community on New Haven Harbor.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom homes -- all ready for immediate occupancy -- will be offered for sale at minimum bids ranging from $50,000 to $100,000, reports PMG Land Associates, the Manhattan-based developer that purchased the development at the tip of City Point in January. prices, according to RAF Partners, Inc., the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey-based firm which is conducting the marketing program.

Eighteen of these homes are guaranteed to be sold to the highest bidder at or above the minimum bid.
