500,000 Sq Ft. of Office Lease Space Completed in the 4th Quarter, 2004.

 is pleased to announce that over 500,000 square feet of office space was leased in the 4th quarter of 2004 at their Toby award winning, low-rise office campus, Media Studios North in Burbank.

Two significant leases have been executed: Yahoo! Inc., on behalf of its Overture overture, instrumental musical composition written as an introduction to an opera, ballet, oratorio, musical, or play. The earliest Italian opera overtures were simply pieces of orchestral music and were called sinfonie.  Services Inc. subsidiary has signed a 10.6 year lease for 300,000 square feet and General Electric Capital Corporation, on behalf of its WMC WMC Winter Music Conference
WMC Weill Medical College (Cornell University)
WMC Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce (Madison, WI)
WMC Westchester Medical Center
WMC Western Mining Corporation
 Mortgage Corp. has signed a 10-year lease for 200,000 square feet at buildings in the project. The building for GE Capital Corporation is an existing building and the Yahoo! facilities are now under construction. Once the Yahoo! facilities are completed, the planned 1,500,000 square feet project will have 900,000 square feet completed.

Yahoo! was represented by Josef Farrar and David Kluth of Julien J. Studley, Inc. and the Landlord was represented by Brad Feld of Cushman & Wakefield. Tenant broker representation for the General Electric Capital Corporation's lease was handled by Carl Muhlstein and Matt Hargrove of Cushman & Wakefield, with Brad Feld of Cushman & Wakefield again representing the Landlord.
