5 Penn Plaza attracts fourth new tenant in two weeks.


Following last week's signing of three new leases at 5 Penn Plaza, HNTB HNTB Howard Needles Tammen and Bergendoff (Architecture)
HNTB Holland Nordic Basketball Tournament (Groningen, the Netherlands)
HNTB How Not to Babble (Toastmasters Club) 
 Corporation has committed to 23,855 s/f of office space on the fifth floor at the property situated in the center of one of the city's largest transportation hubs.

HNTB Corporation, the prominent, worldwide transportation and municipal infrastructure and engineering firm, is the most recent addition to 5 Penn Plaza's growing roster of elite tenants. Last week, CBRE CBRE CB Richard Ellis (real-estate firm)

CBRE Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (Boston, MA) 
 represented the landlord in three lease transactions totaling 28,000 s/f that included Agilysys, Inc., one of the foremost distributors and premier resellers of enterprise computer technology solutions; the global information provider and consultant comScore Networks, Inc; and Systems Task Group International Ltd.

As with the previous three lease transactions, the landlord will work closely with HNTB to build out the space to the firm's exact design and layout requirements.

The CBRE team of Eric Deutsch, Zachary Freeman, Jason Pollen and Peter Turchin negotiated the transactions on behalf of the building owner ship, 5 Penn Plaza LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
