5 LOCAL STUDENTS TO VIE FOR TEXAS TRAINING.Byline: SIMONE SCHRAMM Community columnist Five students from Gymnastics Olymppica in Van Nuys have qualified for the 2002 USA Gymnastics National TOPs Testing, scheduled Oct. 4-6 in Indianapolis. The gymnasts are among 300 nationwide who qualified for the Talent Opportunity Program, where they will vie for the chance to train at the renowned Karolyia Gymnastics studio in Houston, Texas. The local qualifiers are Michelle Berlinger, Tara Brah, Talisa Hayes, Kate Henry and Lian Zucker.
