4th Network Announces Contracts with Five Major Hotel Groups For High Speed Internet and Interactive Television Services; John Q. Hammons Hotels, DePalma Hotels, Holiday Inns-CMH West Coast, Harbaugh Hotels and Metro Hotels Sign Agreements to Offer 4th Network Services.

Total rooms currently under contract for 4th Network's services exceeds 50,000. The addition of the John Q. Hammons John Q. With over 50 years of experience in the hotel industry, John Q.  Hotels, based in Springfield, Mo., ranked in the top 10 of hotel management companies; Metro Hotels, based in Dallas; Holiday Inns-CMH (Corporate Managed Hotels) West Coast California; Harbaugh Hotels based in Palm Springs, Calif.; and DePalma Hotels, based in Dallas, adds over 100 additional properties to 4th Network's customer base.

While 4th Network's interactive services are designed to be network independent and provide on the guest room television a suite of services including host hotel services, guest shopping opportunities, and advanced messaging services, the high speed Internet access services are designed for the guest, either novice or experienced, to "stay in touch" via the Internet while traveling. Both services are provided by 4th Network on a turnkey, revenue share basis to their hotel customers.

The 4th Network is a Silicon Valley-based independent interactive television services and high speed Internet access and services company.
