Management will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 to discuss the latest corporate developments and results. The conference call will be broadcast over the Internet as a "live" listen only web cast.

To listen, please go to www.4KidsEntertainment.com or www.kcsa.com approximately twenty minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin to register as well as download and install any necessary audio software. The web cast will be archived for 30 days.
