The Yu-Gi-Oh! property continues to be a key revenue generator for the company.

Prior to joining 4Kids, Nowicki was Vice President of Softlines Licensing for Universal Studios. In her six years at Universal, Nowicki executed licensing programs for such properties as Jurassic Park 2, Jurassic Park 3, and Curious George. Her 20-year career in the licensing business also includes key marketing and licensing positions at Guess? as Director of Worldwide Licensing and The Walt Disney Company as Manager of Film and Television Apparel Licensing. Nowicki began her career in retail as a buyer and product development manager.

Nowicki holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from San Diego State University San Diego State University (SDSU), founded in 1897 as San Diego Normal School, is the largest and oldest higher education facility in the greater San Diego area (generally the City and County of San Diego), and is part of the California State University system. .
