"Special ed delivery is in crisis. Teacher turnover is high; data collection, forms, and paper processing take an inordinate amount of time; and thousands of dollars that districts don't have in the first place are wasted or lost because of inefficiencies in the system," said Clark Easter, chief executive officer and founder of 4GL School Solutions. "Focusing solely on K-12 education, 4GL School Solutions understands the unique challenges in developing, managing, and reporting programs for special populations. Large districts, in particular, have used our solutions with incredible success. By making those solutions Web-accessible, districts large and small can now take advantage of what they know is the only way to get special needs programs under control - through technology-based, data-driven solutions tailored to meet their specific needs."

The new Web-based ENCORE!(TM) is built upon 4GL's suite of server-based products which have helped districts such as Baltimore Public Schools and Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WSFCS) is a school district in Forsyth County, North Carolina. WSFCS has over 70 schools in its system, and serves about 48,300 students every year.  (N.C.) - and nearly 100 other districts nationwide - save millions of dollars. 4GL School Solutions works collaboratively, on-site with each district to assess their needs and analyze their processes. The company then configures its software to reflect the district's specific needs, and offers both technology-based training and on-site training to ensure a successful implementation district-wide.
