The changes come in response to 4GL's growing reputation as an industry leader and expert on increasing special education effectiveness through data management, and its rapid growth and success since Duquette took the reigns in Jan. 2003. Since joining 4GL, Duquette has overseen the launch of ENCORE (Encore Real Time Computing, Inc., Melbourne, FL, www.encore.com) A computer company founded as Encore Computer Corporation in 1983 that specialized in real time systems.
