4Front Technologies, Inc. Wins Important New E-business and Service Contracts Across Europe; Contracts Won In France, Germany, Holland and Italy.

E-Business Opportunities Continue to Develop

4Front Technologies, Inc. ("4Front") (Nasdaq NM/EASDAQ Symbol: FFTI FFTI Federazione Field Target Italia (Italian)

) today announced that it has won or expanded several important new e-business and service contracts in France, Germany, Holland and Italy. One of the contracts is a framework service and e-business agreement with GE Access and carries a potential multi-million dollar value. The quantifiable value of the other contracts totals approximately $1.5 million. Details of the contracts are as follows:

GE Access Agreement:

- 4Front France has signed a major new framework agreement with

GE Access, the leading international distributor of UNIX UNIX

Operating system for digital computers, developed by Ken Thompson of Bell Laboratories in 1969. It was initially designed for a single user (the name was a pun on the earlier operating system Multics).
 

computer products and solutions. GE Access is a subsidiary of

the General Electric Company. Under the agreement, 4Front

France will provide a range of services to GE Access. The

services will centre primarily on SUN Microsystems Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAVA[3]) is an American vendor of computers, computer components, computer software, and information-technology services, founded on 24 February 1982.  solutions,

of which GE Access is the world's leading distributor, and

will include network services, e-business consultancy and

implementation, and training. 4Front is also currently

discussing the extension of 4Front France's contract with GE

Access on a pan-European basis. The partnership with GE Access

has a potential multi-million dollar value for 4Front.

Other New Agreements:

- 4Front Italy has won a major new network service contract with

ITS, the outsourcing (1) Contracting with outside consultants, software houses or service bureaus to perform systems analysis, programming and datacenter operations. Contrast with insourcing. See netsourcing, ASP, SSP and facilities management.  subsidiary of the Fiat Group. Under the

contract, which is worth approximately $800,000, 4Front will

be working with IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  under its recently established IBM "Shark"

partnership to provide mission critical enterprise network

services and solutions.

- 4Front Germany has won an important new e-business contract

with Alphaware GmbH, one of Germany's first Application

Service Providers. Under the contract, which is estimated to

be worth approximately $300,000, 4Front will provide a

company-wide security and authorisation solution for

Alphaware's internet-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) An integrated information system that serves all departments within an enterprise. - 4Front Holland has won an important new e-business contract

with a major technical research organisation. The contract,

worth approximately $100,000, covers an iPlanet implementation

project.

- 4Front Italy has won an important new e-business contract with

Worldonline, the European Internet content provider See content provider. , for the

implementation of a web portal See portal. . The contract is worth

approximately $100,000 to 4Front.

Expanded Agreement:

- Following a successful implementation of a previously

announced e-business contract with a consortium of leading

Italian banks, (Federazione Toscana delle Banche di Credito

Cooperativo ("FTBCC")) the initial agreement covering the

implementation of an online banking solution has been expanded

by approximately $150,000 to around $800,000. With regard to

the successful execution of this contract to date, Doctor Enzo

Greco, FTBCC IT Director, commented, "Having a partner like

4Front, we are confident of successfully achieving our present

and future plans."
