 has arranged 48,000 s/f of new leases at The Lefrak Organization's recently refurbished 40 West 57th West 57th can refer to:
  • West 57th Street, a street in New York City
  • West 57th (news magazine), a news magazine program which aired on the CBS Television Network from 1985 to 1989

NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , exclusive leasing agent for the property.
