45 luxury condominiums to be built at 150 Nassau. (Design and Development).


Renovation has begun at 150 Nassau at City Hall Park, a spectacular landmarked building with benchmark views overlooking the recently renovated City Hall Park, to transform the striking building into a luxury condominium in one of Manhattan's most exciting and newest neighborhoods. The 23-story residence will feature 45 luxury homes starting at the 10th floor, each with a spectacular view of the Manhattan and Brooklyn skylines, three bridges Coordinates:

The residences at 150 Nassau will range from 1,300 SF to 2,365 SF. Every residence will have a fireplace. Other features include 10-foot ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. There will be no more than four apartments on each floor.

The interiors and public spaces are designed by Shamir Shah Design, one of New York's top designers, and the result is the residences will showcase some of the finest amenities available.
