The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, of GarrickAug Worldwide, Ltd., has been named exclusive agent for the retail space at 345 West 42nd St., just steps from Eighth Avenue. The triplex-level space consists of ground level, approximately 7,600 SF; second level, approximately 6,300 SF; and selling basement, approximately 8,400 SF. The two-level storefront is entirely glass with a frontage of 100 linear feet.
