) market, today announced three strong additions to its management team as it prepares for commercial launch. Bob Gordon, a twenty-year communications industry veteran has joined the company as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . James Mooney and Edward Horowitz, both long-standing industry leaders, have joined the Board.

As CEO, Gordon has responsibility for the overall direction, operation and success of 422. Prior to joining the company, Gordon served as Eastern region president for Cingular where he established wireless operations. Earlier, he was the president of a major-market wireless carrier and formerly led a top tier Cable Television MSO (1) (Multiple System Operator) Typically refers to a cable TV organization that owns more than one cable system, but it may refer to an operator of only one system.  as its chief executive.
