 Asset Management, today announced that redevelopment of 414 West 14th Street has been completed. PBS Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent to market commercial space at this historic Meatpacking District location.

The modern 56,000 square-foot six-floor building is comprised of retail and commercial space, which is uniquely housed within the building's historic fa[?]ade. All floors, ground through 6th floor, are available for immediate occupancy in the spring of 2009, boasting a range of modern and sophisticated amenities.
