Levine, who disputes that Cherny can ``out-Valley'' him, said he has come back to the region consistently over the past few years despite voting through the 2000 general election in Sacramento County. Cherny is ``stellar,'' said Hertzberg, noting his Ivy League Ivy League Group of eight universities in the northeastern U.S., high in academic and social prestige, that are members of an athletic conference for intercollegiate gridiron football dating to the 1870s. education and authorship of a groundbreaking book that advocates taking power away from big government and giving it back to ordinary people.
