40-acre site for sale in Purchase.


Woodbrook Farm, one of the last remaining development sites in the exclusive Purchase section of Harrison, is being marketed for sale, it was announced by Houlihan/Lawrence Inc., the exclusive sales agent for the property.

The listing price for the property is $3.9 million.

The 40-acre wooded property, which is located on Purchase Street, is the former estate of the Cullman family, which once maintained a mansion MANSION. This term is synonymous with house. (q.v.) 1 Chit. Pr. 167; 2 T. R. 502; 1 Tho. Co. Litt. 215, n. 35; 9 B. & C. 681; S. C. 17 E. C. L. R. 472, and the cases there cited; Com. Dig. Justices, P 5; 3 Serg. & Rawle, 199.  and horse farm on the site. While the mansion and horse farm are gone, the property features many large mature trees and numerous stone walls. A half-acre pond is also located on the property.
