Eric Johnson (born August 17, 1954) is a guitarist and recording artist from Austin, Texas.

Mr. Stautz's expertise includes corporate finance, transactions, insurance and financial services. During his tenure at Baker & Daniels, he gained substantial experience in securities law by representing companies and underwriters in the public offering and private placement of securities. Specifically, Mr. Stautz counseled various companies regarding disclosure and reporting obligations as well as investment advisors and broker/dealers concerning their federal and state registration requirements.
