White & Case will occupy the sixth and seventh floors of the 21-story, 400,000 s/f building in the heart of downtown Manhattan, according to Newmark's Moshe Sukenik, who along with Chris Mongeluzo and Christine Claffey, represented White & Case in the transaction.
