"A joint force from the police, the intelligence and the criminal investigations department managed to arrest four wanted men believed to belong to the so-called al-Naqshabandiya group during two security raids in Yayji and Lilan districts in south of Kirkuk," Brigadier Sarhad Qader told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
