4 OF 5 SUPERVISORS' VOTES NEEDED TO BEGIN EMERGENCY BRIDGE REPAIR.

VENTURA - Ventura County supervisors will be asked today to authorize emergency repairs for Moorpark's New Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  Avenue bridge that was damaged in rainstorms last winter.

Repairs had been delayed because permits were required from the state Department of Fish and Game, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Regional Water Quality Board, according to according to
