4 INJURED IN CRASH OF LOADED CEMENT TRUCK, CAR.

A fully loaded cement truck toppled onto a sedan Thursday morning, injuring the three car occupants and the truck driver and closing the Pleasant Valley Road overpass at Highway 1 for several hours, authorities said.
