4 000 t/a fluororubber project breaks ground in Sichuan.On August 28th, 2006, Chenguang Research Institute of Chemical Industry held a groundbreaking ceremony for its 4 000 t/a fluororubber project at Chemical New Material Zone of Chenguang Industry Park in Zigong Zi·gong also Tze·kung A city of south-central China west of Chongqing. It is an oil and natural gas center. Population: 276,000. , Sichuan Sichuan or Szechwan (sŭ`chwän`) [four rivers], province (1994 est. pop. 110,840,000), c.220,000 sq mi (569,800 sq km), SW China. The capital is Chengdu. province. With a total investment of RMB RMB Right Mouse Button RMB Regional Management Board (USACE) RMB Rolf Maier Bode (musician, band) RMB Ren Min Bi (currency of People's Republic of China) 150 million, the project has the largest fluororubber unit in China today. Established on July 12th, 2006, Haohua Southwest Chemical Co., Ltd. that will operate the project is composed of Zigong Honghe Chemical Group Co. and Chenguang Research Institute of Chemical Industry.
