Starting at 2:00 pm, the highlight of the afternoon will be a Doggy Costume Contest with the winner of the "best in show" grand prize receiving a year's supply of dog food. Other categories include "funniest costume," "scariest costume," "best owner and doggie duo costume." There will be a $10 entry fee donation for the first submission and $5 for each additional category.
