Forrester's report on North American IT priorities for 2005 revealed that disaster recovery capabilities would be a top priority for enterprises. According to the report, 60 percent of enterprises planning to increase their IT spending in 2005 listed disaster recovery capabilities as a priority, and 63 percent of companies decreasing their IT budget viewed upgrading disaster recovery as a main concern. Forrester's Tom Pohlmann and Natalie Lambert issued the report in late December 2004.
