Intrinsic Graphics Inc., developer of next-generation graphics software environments, and 3dfx Interactive(R) Inc. (NASDAQ: TDFX), a global leader in developing and marketing 3D technology for personal computers, today announced that 3dfx is endorsing Intrinsic's Alchemy Game Development Platform(TM) (GDP).

Intrinsic's GDP will support all of 3dfx's current and next-generation products, including the Voodoo3(TM), Voodoo4(TM), Voodoo5(TM) and forthcoming Rampage 3D graphics boards. The Application Program Interface (API) independent platform will allow software developed on it to utilize emerging hardware features as they are introduced.
