The macrobiotic yoga-lover - more often seen in sweats - vamped it up in seven-inch "limo heels" and not a lot else for the London premiere of her movie Iron Man.

Her revealing look drew gasps and wolf whistles from the crowd. Still, we gave her a run for a money in our Christian Louboutins - the mum-of-two told us: "Nice shoes, girls!"

Amazingly she added: "The ones I'm wearing tonight are quite comfy actually, I can walk perfectly fine."
