3am: Cat's found her iDeeley man at last.

SHE hasn't enjoyed the smoothest of times on the romantic front, but at last Cat Deeley has found love.

For we can reveal that the TV presenter has fallen in love with PR boss Mark Whelan.

This could come as bad news for Declan Donnelly - one half of on-screen chums Ant and Dec - who famously disclosed he fancied the nubile Ms Deeley.

And it probably won't overjoy Fun Lovin' Criminals star Huey Morgan, who has dated her on an on-off basis for the past two years.

But sexy Cat is sold on Mark. Cat got her claws into the dynamic young executive after they were introduced by mutual friends.

Handsome Mark is the director of public relations firm Cake Media, whose corporate clients include Budweiser beer, Evian water and the V2001 music festival.

At the weekend the 24-year-old beauty couldn't keep her paws off him in a North London park as they enjoyed a picnic with comedian friend Sacha Baron-Cohen. Cat tells a pal: "I love being around Mark because he's a fantastic guy. He's really down to earth and great fun to be with. He's also very sexy.

"It's still early days but we have totally clicked. It's so refreshing to go out with a man who is confident in who he is and where he's going. At the moment it seems like a dream but, who knows, this could be it."

Hopefully this romance will prove more lasting than Cat's last few flings.

In February this year she had a short-lived romance with Camilla Parker Bowles's nephew Ben Elliot. But by the time of the Brit Awards in March Cat and Huey were back in action. Then that relationship fizzled out.

However, it looks as if Mark will be around for a lot longer. A source said: "Cat and Mark are very happy but they want to keep their relationship out of the limelight. Things are going from strength to strength."
