3RD Development Policy Loan.


Guatemala is seeking US$100 million from the World Bank for a Third Development Policy Loan. This is the last of a series of three DPLs intended to support the three main pillars of the plan: promoting equitable equitable adj. 1) just, based on fairness and not legal technicalities. 2) refers to positive remedies (orders to do something, not money damages) employed by the courts to solve disputes or give relief.  growth and strengthening the investment climate, enhancing capacity for increased public spending in priority sectors, and improving public expenditure transparency (1) The quality of being able to see through a material.
