, Inc. announces a three-year agreement with 3M Health Information Systems for the integration of McKessonHBOC's Clinical Reference Systems patient education content with 3M Care Innovation, a comprehensive computer-based patient record computer-based patient record Electronic medical record Health informatics A 'personal health library' providing access to all resources on a Pt's health history and insurance information  system. Clinical Reference Systems offers an easy-to-use computer-based patient education system that generates point-of-care handouts for patients to reinforce treatment recommendations and help create follow-up plans.

With this agreement, 3M Care Innovation customers will be offered Adult Health, Behavioral Health Behavioral health was first used in the 1980's to name the combination of the fields mental health and substance abuse.
