3Dshopping.com Completes Sale of Units on AMEX, Announces Corporate Changes.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1999--

3Dshopping.com Monday announced that the company successfully completed its sale of units on the American Stock Exchange American Stock Exchange (AMEX)

Stock exchange in the U.S. Originally known as “the Curb,” it began as an outdoor marketplace in New York City c. 1850. It moved indoors to its present location in the Wall Street area in 1921.
on Friday, July 23, and received approximately $12 million for the sale of units, which comprised 1.1 million shares of common stock and 1.1 million warrants for the purchase of common stock.

In commenting on this landmark in the company's three-year life, founder and Chief Executive Officer Lawrence Weisdorn stated, "The funding which we received will now allow us to implement our plan of using the 3Dshopping system(TM) to become the single service solution for manufacturers, retailers and advertisers seeking to enrich the display of their products on the Internet to improve viewing experience and, hence, buying interest."

Commenting further, Weisdorn stated: "The past month has seen the addition of several key members of management who will help bring the company's goal to fruition fru·i·tion

"Bob had been an executive officer of several public and private companies with a strong focus on marketing and customer service. This included Pinkerton's Inc. and The Olsten Corp., two public companies where he also served as their chief financial officer.

"His leadership and financial skills and practical experience in planning, systems, team and organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, and communications will allow us to build rapidly from start-up to a well-structured, technically advanced organization.

"My goal in attracting Bob to our team was to bring a true partner to help us fulfill ful·fill also ful·fil

Vitamante said: "I'm very pleased and excited to join 3D at this stage of its growth cycle. While the management of 3D has been absorbed by the stock-offering activities in recent months, I am quite appreciative of the support that they have given me.

"Lawrence and I complement each other exceptionally well in terms of vision and execution. He has clearly been a marketing and technology visionary in developing the 3Dshopping system(TM) to enhance a viewer's experience of electronic displays on the Internet (or client intranets) to encourage a buying decision.

"This appears to be particularly important for products needing a full display to enable prospective purchasers to fully appreciate items, such as with apparel, fashions, antiques, etc., where Internet sales activity has been relatively minimal.

"A visit to the company's Web site (3Dshopping.com) quickly allows the viewer to experience the difference between it and the large field of undifferentiated undifferentiated /un·dif·fer·en·ti·at·ed/ (un-dif?er-en´she-at-ed) anaplastic.

Also, with his extensive background in engineering and process development, he will be working to improve the existing 3Dshopping system(TM) to accelerate the company's ability to move quickly from two-dimensional photography to more robust, three-dimensional rotational views.
