BB:TDXTC) today announced that a proxy statement/prospectus dated Aug. 23, 1999 for the 3DX and Esenjay Exploration, Inc. (Nasdaq:ESNJ) merger has been cleared with the Securities and Exchange Commission and will be mailed to 3DX and Esenjay stockholders on Aug. 25, 1999.
