3DIcon and Digital Light Innovations Sign Worldwide Distributorship Agreement for Pixel Precision(TM).

: TDCP TDCP Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (Pakistan) ), a development-stage technology company, announced today that it has signed a worldwide distributorship agreement with Digital Light Innovations (DLi), formerly Tyrex Services. DLi will sell, distribute, and provide first-level customer support to Pixel Precision[TM] customers in the U.S. as well as market the product through their sales channels internationally.

DLi has been a worldwide distributor of the DMD (1) (Digital Micromirror Device) See DLP.

(2) (Digital Multi-layer Disk) See high-def DVD formats.

"Ed" Nelson of Texas Instruments (TI) in 1987.  (DMD) is at the heart of every DLP[R] product. The DMD Discovery[TM] platforms enable emerging applications with DMD components such as 3D Metrology, Confocal Microscopy, Holographic Data Storage See holographic storage. , Medical Imaging, Surface Scanning, 3D Scanners, Cameras and other advanced imaging and visualization applications. The DMD is the same light modulation technology used in DLP[R] Projectors and TVs.
