3D Systems and Vantico Agree to Extend Termination Deadline.

3D Systems Corp. (Nasdaq:TDSC) today announced that 3D Systems Inc. and Vantico Inc. have extended to May 1, 2002, the termination date of their distribution and joint development agreements. These agreements had been scheduled to terminate in mid-February 2002. Under the extension, 3D Systems will continue, through May 1, 2002, to be the exclusive worldwide source (except for Japan) for Vantico's Cibatool photopolymers for stereolithography.
