), a leading provider of rapid 3-D printing, prototyping and manufacturing solutions, announced today that it launched two campaigns to raise money for the victims of the earthquake and tsunami in South Asia This article is about the geopolitical region in Asia. "Each of us at 3D Systems is deeply saddened by this tragedy, and our hearts go out to the hundreds of thousands of people who have been affected by this terrible event," said Abe Reichental, 3D Systems' president and chief executive officer. "Recognizing a deep individual and corporate responsibility and commitment toward local, national and international communities where we conduct our business every day, we felt compelled to establish the 3D Systems' Tsunami Relief Campaign.

"The 3D Systems' Tsunami Relief initiative consists of two distinct campaigns: one company-wide and the other to enable customer participation," continued Reichental. "As part of our company-wide effort, every employee is encouraged to contribute a donation to one of four designated tsunami relief charitable organizations This article is about charitable organizations. A charitable organization (also known as a charity) is an organization with charitable purposes only.
. For every dollar an employee contributes, 3D Systems will contribute two dollars to the selected organization.

"To enable our customers to participate in this important initiative, 3D Systems will contribute to one of the four designated charitable organizations $250 for each InVision In`vi´sion
