The Audit Committee has reported to the Board that the investigation is nearing conclusion and that it has received preliminary reports from the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol and the accounting firm of BDO Seidman BDO Seidman, LLP is the United States arm of BDO International, one of the largest accounting firms outside of the Big Four. The Company also announced that the Audit Committee has engaged BDO Seidman to replace Deloitte & Touche as the Company's auditors for 2003.
