We can reveal the unlikely duo are set to launch their own range of the fogeyish footwear.

And David's love of the comfy house shoes started when Snoop sent him a pair of his own Sensual Seduction ones for Christmas.

Snoop told us: "I got him a pair as a present, and he took a picture and sent it back to me, and I was like, 'They look cool!'

"We are talking about making a slipper together. So when I stop rapping and he stops football we can kick back and slip on a house shoe."

We revealed last November that Snoop - star of hit E! TV show Snoop Dogg's Father Hood - and Becks are becoming inseparable.

LA Galaxy star David turned up at Snoop's luxury Beverly Hills mansion with his youngest son Cruz, and taught the rapper's boys Corde, Cordell and daughter Cori footy Foot´y

 skills in their backyard.

Afterwards they all headed to fastfood joint Popeyes for fried chicken.

Snoop, 36, told us: "David and I go back years. He was terrific with my kids and taught them how to shoot and score the perfect goal. That's a partnership you never thought you would see, Snoop and Beckham."

And this family bonding is helping the Doggfather repair his friendship with Victoria.

"I met Posh one time, at the Live 8 concert," he said. "She didn't really like me much. She didn't like my bad boy persona.

"All she knew was 'Snoop Dogg's a bad guy. I don't want my husband dealing with him - he's going to rub off to clean anything by rubbing; to separate by friction; as, to rub off rust s>.

"But now she's seen my show, and I think I'm cool with her now that she knows I'm family-orientated, that I have structure and a wife."

He adds: "Now she knows I'm a great person to rub off on her husband.

"Victoria's the boss lady in that relationship - that's how it is."

That should get him out of the Dogg-house!
