39 terrorists killed in various areas of Malakand: ISPR.

RAWALPINDI, June 12, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- During last twenty four hours, Security Forces killed 39 terrorists in various areas of Malakand while 10 soldiers embraced Shahadat and 24 were injured in·jure

 reports ISPR says an area with fresh digging have been discovered in Shalhosar, Peochar, which is reflective of collective burial site. An area covered with fresh soil was found at Shalho Sar, Peochar, apparently some dead bodies of terrorists are buried there. Details could not be ascertained due to unhygienic condition / bed smell. Security forces secured and consolidated their positions at Chuprial. During consolidation, fierce fire fight took place with terrorists, 8 soldiers embraced shahadat and 13 were injured, while 39 terrorists were killed, their dead bodies are lying at the site. Security forces secured remaining areas around Kabbal. During exchange of fire with terrorists, 2 soldiers embraced shahadat and 8 were injured. Casualties of terrorists could not be confirmed. Terrorists fire raided security forces near Charbagh, resultantly 3 soldiers were injured. Two Jirgas, comprising 135 locals from Talkar, Shangla and nearby villages met local commander, appreciated the efforts of Security Forces and extended their full support to the Army operations against terrorists in the area. 53 trucks carrying provisions of locals of Kalam were escorted by Security Forces back to native homes. Security Forces have made arrangements for transportation to Kalam and surrounding areas. 6 trucks of rations and non food items including 1 truck of medicines were distributed among the stranded people of Charbagh and Swat Swat (swät), district of the Malakand division, North-West Frontier Province, Pakistan.  Water Bowzers will deliver 27000 liters of water each on daily basis to the IDPs at Yar Hussain Camp. Army Water Bowzers will deliver 4500 liters of water daily to IDPs in Government High School Par Hoti. So far 1155 tons of rations have been issued by Army to the IDPs including 373 tons for distribution in Shangla district Shangla is a district in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan that contains the town of Alpuri the district headquarters and Two main Tehsil Alpuari & Tehsil Puran Three subtehsils : tehsil Besham, tehsil Chakesar, tehsil Martung.Tehsil Hq of Puran is situated in Aloch.  in Upper Swat and 210 tons in Mingora and Charbagh.
