37Point9 Issues Acquisition Update, a Positive Step Moving Forward.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 3, 2002

37Point9 (OTCBB-TSPN) indicated today that the pre-audit work on its first acquisition involving Global Glass Source, Ltd. has been completed. This work involved the conversion from British and Hong Kong accounting methods to standards of the United States in order to meet the 60 day certification time table imposed under SEC regulations.

"We are now also in a position to bring two of the other acquisition candidates to a definitive agreement to acquire and concurrently begin the pre-audit certification process of those two companies."
