37Point9 Considering Selective Acquisitions Totaling 15 Million Plus in Sales With Proprietary and Patented Products.

37Point9 (OTCBB:TSPN) said today that it is seriously seeking companies for acquisition.

The company presently has under consideration four synergistic companies that meet 37Point9's criteria.

With the assistance of its advisors, 37Point9 has sought out companies that are in the medical products and services area, in order to complement various products that 37Point9 currently has in development. Additionally the companies that are being considered have an operational history and annual revenue in excess of 15 plus million dollars. Important to these candidates are their patented or proprietary product identity.
