Awaiting the Receipt of the Signed Global Glass Agreement

37Point9 (OTCBB:TSPN) announced today that it has concluded the purchase of EZ Trac Lab from Stason Pharmaceuticals.

The closure came on the signing of a renewable one year note for $175,000.

EZ Trac Lab, an early-stage clinical testing lab, located in Irvine, Calif., was acquired to enhance 37Point9's "one stop" approach in providing small medical products firms the ability to test, manufacture and market their products within the People's Republic of China. EZ Trac Labs has established services contracts with various hospitals and institutions in the United States, Europe, Australia and Japan. The specific services provided relate to its patented colored microsphere technologies that are products used in assessing regional blood flow studies. This microsphere technology is used widely in various cardio-medical applications by doctors and hospitals, and is analyzed by EZ Trac's image analysis system.

Additionally, the company is adding a key affiliated shareholder which will bring to 37Point9 various licensing agreements that will strengthen the distribution network in China.

The company also indicated the imminent closure of the acquisition of Global Glass Source Ltd.
