In keeping with: according to instructions. 3. a press release issued here, the Secretary stated that the Chief Election Commissioner has drawn the attention of the members of the Parliament and Provincial Assemblies to the provisions of Section 42A (3) of the Representation of the People Act Electoral reform in the United Kingdom Parliamentary Reform Acts England (1832) | Scotland (1832) | Ireland (1832) England (1867) | Scotland (1868) | Ireland (1868) Municipal Reform Acts Scotland (1833) | England (1835) | Ireland (1840) , 1976 and Section 25A (3) of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975. According to these sections the names of such members are to be notified by October 15, 2009 as a result of which such members shall cease to function till such statements are submitted.
